    We started working with Adopt-a-Class in 2009. Twenty-three of our employees actively participate in various volunteer events throughout the year.

    The Apartment Association Outreach
    We are proud supporters of the GCNKAA's Apartment Association Outreach Foundation. Each year we participate in various events including the 5k for Rent and Night Out for Outreach.

    Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
    Each year we fundraise for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk through a series of events culminating in team participation in the walk. In 2018 we raised $57,000. In 2019 we raised $70,000.

    We have been working with United Way of Great Cincinnati for almost 45 years. We raised over $60,000 in 2018 and $58,000 in 2019 through employee pledges.

    A Kid Again
    We support A Kid Again by proving outing opportunities including a day at The Club at Harper's Point, a day at Towne Construction Services, a cruise, and a day at the Florence Y'alls baseball team.

Month of Giving

Each of our district offices and managed properties contribute to charitable campaigns throughout the year. In 2021 we partnered with 21 organizations throughout the regions we serve.

Christ Temple Baptist Church

This organization holds a special place in our heart because their Pastor, Peter Mingo, is the son of a former Towne Properties employee. We've worked with Peter for over 20 years sponsoring the Evanston Bulldogs Football team and supporting the Hoffman School for the Kids.
